The Friendship Community Development Corporation (FCDC) is a non-profit corporation sponsored by the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code 1954. The organizations purpose is to work within the community to revitalize and/or stabilize the communities served by Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, to provide affordable housing, housing for seniors, and special needs populations, to provide supportive services and programs for youth, adults, and seniors and to encourage economic development activities within the community. Mission Our mission is to serve, facilitate and build community through sustained human development. Vision Our vision is to create a Christ-centered holistic community that welcomes diverse people of all generations, building today to establish a legacy tomorrow. Values The FCDC Board of Directors has confirmed these Values as our operating principles: - Integrity- The FCDC acts with integrity in all matters and builds trust in all relationships
- Service- Commitment to Service- Fulfilling the needs and aspirations of others that create memorable experiences and promote mutual gratification within communities.

- Accountability- We seek a standard of accountability, responsibilty and ownership in all our commitments.
- Achievement of Measurable Outcomes- We develop measurable outcomes that allow us to evaluate progress.
